01. Acceptance of Conditions
By accessing HubAsiaIntelligence.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Japan. This intelligence hub provides high-level data interpretation and strategic insights; however, your use of the site signifies your legal consent to these provisions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We reserve the right to updates these terms at our discretion, and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated version.
02. Platform Usage & Restrictions
The analytics and reports provided on this platform are for professional informational purposes. Use of the system is subject to the following restrictions:
- Commercial Integrity You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary intelligence engines.
- Data Scraping Automated data collection, scraping, or harvesting of our strategic datasets without explicit written consent from HubAsia Intelligence is strictly prohibited.
- Misrepresentation You may not use our insights to intentionally mislead third parties or create derivative products that claim official endorsement by our firm.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
HubAsia Intelligence clinical reports, proprietary methodologies, and visual designs are the exclusive property of our firm. While we grant a limited license for viewing and internal corporate discussion, this does not constitute a transfer of title.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by HubAsia Intelligence at any time.
04. Disclaimer & Limitations
Warranties
"The materials on HubAsia Intelligence's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. HubAsia Intelligence makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property."
In no event shall HubAsia Intelligence or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform. Since some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
05. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the HubAsia Intelligence website shall be governed by the laws of Japan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyoto, Japan for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site.
